The origins of this pharmaceutical company date back to 1912 when Atlas chemical Industries was founded by the de merger from DuPont. The company suffered infamy in 2007 as a comment on the Wikipedia page claiming the side effects of one of its drugs was deleted from a computer shown to be registered to the company. Analysts have severely criticized the takeover of MedImmune by this company in April 2007 ( a reported 15.2 billion ) claiming the fee to be too high.
